How do I order merchandise?

Our fast, convenient ordering process takes only a couple of minutes to complete. Order from QVC, 24 hours a day through QVC.com, Automated Ordering, or a Customer Representative.

Virtually every item you see on QVC TV can be viewed and purchased online at www.QVC.com. QVC online also offers thousands of items that are not presented on air. Ordering takes just a few clicks of the mouse. Simply find the item you want, view its key features on the Product Detail page, and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Once you've completed your shopping, click the "Go To Check-Out" button.

Automated Ordering

Automated ordering is a fast and easy way to order the current on-air item, the Today's Special Value®, or a known item number. You can also check item availability and pricing. Just call 1-800-345-1212 and helpful prompts will guide you through the step-by-step ordering process. Click here for more details on how to use this system.

Customer Representative

We have thousands of friendly, knowledgable representatives ready to take your call. When you wish to speak with a representative to place your order, dial 1-800-345-1515.

Do I need a different Q Member Number to order online?

No. A different Member Number is not required to order online.

What if I forgot my PIN or Q Member Number?

For your convenience, QVC offers a "Forgot Your PIN?" feature that enables you to obtain your PIN (Personal Identification Number) within minutes by simply entering the registered e-mail address that appears on your membership account.

You can also get your Q Member Number online from our LiveHELP Customer Service Representatives. Or, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788. When you call, be sure to have your name, complete billing address, and phone number handy, so we can quickly find your account information.

If you've forgotten your PIN, a customer service representative will ask you a series of security questions and will reset your existing PIN to a new number for your shopping convenience.

How do I use my Shopping Cart?

It's so fast and easy! You can use one Shopping Cart to order multiple items at one time. When you see something you like, simply add that item to your Shopping Cart. Then, you can keep shopping and keep adding more items to the same Shopping Cart.

Note: Each subsequent item is added to the bottom of the Shopping Cart list. If your Shopping Cart remains idle for the next 60 minutes, the items in the Shopping Cart will be cleared and added to a Shopping List, where they will remain for 90 days. You can view items on your Shopping List by clicking on the Shopping Cart tab at the top of the homepage. (Inventory will not be secured until you add the item to your cart.)

When you go through Check-Out, you'll see the total purchase price for all the items in your Shopping Cart. Each individual purchase is also listed. When you click on "Submit Order", you will have ordered all the items in the Shopping Cart with just one easy click.

Note: During the Check-Out process, you may revise or cancel your order. No order will be placed until you click the "Submit Order" button.

What is Speed Buy®?

Speed Buy is the fastest way to order on QVC.com. Once you have started Speed Buy on your computer, you can simply click the "Speed Buy" action button on any item — or on your completed Shopping Cart. Then all you need to do is enter your email address or Q Member Number and PIN, and you're DONE!

NOTE:With Speed Buy, your order will be billed to the last credit card you used and will be shipped to the address you previously provided as your Bill–To Address and/or permanent Ship–To Address. (If you have used Speed Buy before and have used our Address Book feature, you will be able to send your order to another address already in your Address Book by selecting the "Review My Order" button. Once you do this, however, you will no longer be in the Speed Buy feature.)

What is the difference between Speed Buy® and standard Check-Out on QVC.com?

Speed Buy uses the current data on your account: name, Bill–To Address, QCard® account, or last payment method. When you use Speed Buy:

  • Your item will be shipped to your Bill–To Address, and/or permanent Ship–To Address on file.
  • Your item will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
  • QVC will charge the last credit card you used to make a purchase.

NOTE: If you have used Speed Buy before and have used our Address Book feature, you will be able to send your order to another address already in your Address Book by selecting the "Review My Order" button. Once you do this, however, you will no longer be in the Speed Buy feature.

Standard Check-Out lets you make certain changes. When you use Standard Check-Out, you can...

  • Specify a different Ship–To name and address for this order only (if you do not want the item sent to the Bill-To Address).
  • Upgrade to faster shipping for this order only.
  • Modify your payment method.

What is a QCard®?

A QCard is a credit card issued exclusively to Q Members (registered QVC shoppers). The QCard is also the quickest and easiest way to shop on QVC, QVC@THE MALL®, QVC Outlet® stores, and QVC.com. The QCard offers a single line of credit for all online and on-air purchases. And, since your information is stored on the system, using the QCard speeds up the processing of your order.

How can I check my order status?

There are four main ways you can check the status of your order (e.g., shipping, payment received, returns):

  • Via the Internet, use Customer Service on QVC.com (Go to Order Status).
    When you check your Order Status online, you can review your current and past orders or returns with QVC. Also, depending on how far along your order is in the shipping process, you may be able to change the Ship-To-Address, Payment Method, and/or Shipping Method. You may also be able to cancel your order.
  • Via the Internet, chat online with a Customer Service Representative (Go to LiveHELP).
  • Via phone, call the QVC Automated/Live Customer Service (1-800-367-9444).

How do I check my Order History?

Our online Order Status allows you to view a list of all orders placed. Simply go to "My Account," and click on "Order Status".

How is my order processed if I pay by check?

When paying by check, QVC must receive your check payment within 15 days of the date purchased. Be sure to write your order number in the memo portion of your check. Your order cannot be processed until we receive payment. If your check is not received within this 15-day time frame, your order will automatically be canceled.

Can I pay by check when I use Speed Buy®?

No. When you use Speed Buy, the last credit card you used is charged.

Why am I charged sales tax on Internet orders?

QVC is registered with your state to collect sales or use tax, as appropriate, on taxable items shipped to your state. Most states require that we tax shipping and handling as well. The passage of the Internet Tax Freedom Act and similar state statutes has no effect on QVC's current obligation to collect such taxes. Please note that sales and use tax collected is remitted by QVC to your state taxation authority as required by law. These monies are not retained by QVC.

What is Waitlist and how does it work?

The Waitlist option is offered when QVC has a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 45 days. Although placing an order on our Waitlist is not a guarantee that stock will be received, it is a good way of reserving an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 45 days.

What is Auto-Delivery?

Auto–Delivery is a convenient and risk–free program that allows you to enjoy the benefit of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. QVC products that are available on Auto–Delivery are clearly identified and can be easily ordered. And, after you place your order, you can conveniently customize or manage your Auto–Delivery plan(s) online or by calling Customer Service at 1–888–345–5788. There's no obligation to remain in the program and you may cancel at any time.

What is Online Auto–Delivery Management?

Online Auto–Delivery Management is a convenient tool to manage your Auto–Delivery purchases. Just click on Order Status and from there, you'll be able to change how frequently your Auto–Delivery item arrives, delay your next shipment if your going to be out of town, and change the quantity of the Auto–Delivery items you ordered. You'll also be able to change your ship–to–address and payment information. Plus, you'll be able to see when your next delivery will arrive!

How do I order a QVC Gift Card?

Buying a QVC Gift Card is easy and convenient. Like other QVC items, it can be purchased online and is delivered by mail. To order, simply choose the dollar amount you'd like and the Ship–To address. We'll ship the gift card to you or your recipient within 7 – 10 days at no additional charge. Our useful Bill–to/Ship–to option makes it even easier – you can either bill the item to yourself and ship to your recipient's address, or bill to and ship to your own address for hassle–free gift–giving.

How do I order a QVC Electronic Gift Card?

Perfect as a convenient last-minute gift, QVC's Electronic Gift Card is delivered by e-mail and can include a personal message from you. To order, select the dollar amount you'd like and provide your e-mail address. The Electronic Gift Card will then be sent in email form to your email address.*

*Electronic Gift Card recipients must have a valid email address. QVC is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails.

How do I redeem a QVC Gift Card?

QVC Gift Card backAll QVC Gift Cards may be used as payment toward any QVC purchase.* To place an order visit us online at QVC.com, use Automated Ordering at 1-800-345-1212, or call 1-888-345-5788. The QVC Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only, and may not be redeemed for cash. Recipients may contact us for balance inquiries at 1-800-367-9444.

This card is issued by QVC and carries no expiration date. Redeemed Gift Cards are converted to QVC credit and are stored on your account. After initial use, the remaining balance will be applied to the customer's account as a QVC credit.

When ordering, you will be asked to specify the card number and security ID number. With the QVC Gift Card, these numbers can be found on the back of the card. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you must pay the balance using another payment method. Only three Gift Cards may be redeemed per order. QVC is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

How do I cancel an item that I recently ordered?

Should you wish to cancel an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access the Order Status link in the upper right hand corner of any QVC.com web page.
  2. Enter your email address or Q Member number & PIN.
  3. Click on the order number and select the item you wish to cancel.

If a cancellation is possible, you will be presented with the "Edit This Item" link. At that point, you can select the "Cancel" button.

If the order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel, the link will not be presented and the item will be shipped to you as scheduled. Upon receiving the package, should you decide to make a return, please follow the step-by-step instructions on your packing slip.
